Sydney watched her father standing with Carla as the officiant was speaking. I could tell from her face she was so happy for them. It was chilly, but she was willing to brave the cold to be there close to her father and the man who raised her. The officiant was speaking about how happy her late grandmother would have been for her father and Carla and that was it. Tears began rolling down her face. She knew what he was saying was true and a pang of longing hit her in the gut. She wished she was there too and in a way, she was.
Carla and Scott’s wedding was such an intimate and wonderful affair! The Bluff View Bocce ball court was the perfect setting for the two of them to be surrounded by their closest family and friends. Beautiful floral touches were added everywhere by Laura’s Garden as well as providing the stunning bridal bouquet. I felt just like family around Carla and Scott and it was a beautiful evening I’ll never forget. And boy are they a joy to photograph, I mean just look at these two gorgeous humans!
Carla and Scott, thank you for choosing me to be a part of your wedding day and engagement! I had such a great time laughing and “drunk walking” with you two! I wish you both all the happiness in the world for many years to come!
