Favorite Programs + Apps for Wedding Photographers

We all have programs and apps that we love to use.  Today I want to share my favorites and what I think is 100% worth the money to help improve your workflow.

First, Photo Mechanic.  This is a culling software and this allows me to cull through images lighting fast. In all the softwares I have used, none has been more efficient for me.

Next, the Adobe products: Lightroom and Photoshop.  I do 90% of my editing in Lightroom.  The 10% I pull into Phot0shop is for people removal or more extensive retouching. The new Lightroom updates have made such a different. Plus, if you like to use presets Lightroom is key.

Then, BlogStomp. This allows me to set my settings to “stomp” my images to format and size for my blogs.  I blog almost every session I shoot.

Also, all my wedding photographers, you want Fundy. This is a fantastic product for albums.  It is the easiest way to make an album and allows the “stress” of the designing of them to be taken out of the picture.  Their auto design feature is money.

Finally, Tailwind.  This is a fantastic program for Pinterest.  This is a great way to get inquires and build your “fan” base.  This helps pin images from your blog, etc and schedules them for you.  It saves time and who doesn’t want more engagement?

I hope these recommendations are helpful for you and if you start using them, drop your thoughts below!  If you have any programs and apps that you love, share below!
