20 years ago Colton’s Mom was diagnosed with cancer. For 20 years both she and Colton cherished every day they had together on this earth. Like most mothers, I’m sure she wanted to see her son to grow up and find a life partner that would love and cherish him like she had. That has to be the reason why she waited to be called home to heaven until the night Aureleia and Colton were married. I’m so thankful they chose me to experience this with them. They could have chosen any of the amazing Chattanooga photographers out there, but they chose me and I’m so blessed.
I had already fallen in love with both Aureleia and Colton before I heard this story. They are both full of life, love, giggles, and fun! They also both have the best perspective and focus on the right things in life and their relationship. After I heard this story and saw how they both handled the tragedy in their life on their happiest of days I have so much admiration and love for these two. This is a couple and wedding day I’ll never forget for sure. The whole family was so warm and welcoming to Josh and I and we had the best vendors in the business to work alongside.
Aureleia and Colton, thank you for choosing me to be a small part of your lives. You two are an inspiration to me and you deserve all the happiness in the world! The next time we see each other I promise I won’t fall off anything 😉
