The crowd was silent.  All the guests had rushed out of the rain and into the reception hall for the ceremony.  The mood was reverent as everyone waited for the pastor to start speaking.  The pastor looked up from his notes, gave a nod to the couple, looked out into the crowd and said “MAWAGE, MAWAGE IS WHAT BWINGS US TOGEVAH”.  The crowd erupted with glee and laughter!

That quote from “The Princess Bride” was the perfect way to open Dary and Charlie’s ceremony.  Laughter and unique charm is at the core of Daryl and Charlie’s relationship.  They are such a happy and relaxed couple and it was truly an honor to be a small part of their day.  I was simply in love with these two and all of the choices they made for their great day.  Everything from The Venue Chattanooga to the inlaid wooden rings to the succulents to the DJ (the truly amazing Keenan Daniels) to their hilarious “First Look”.  There were so many non- traditional choices that were done in the absolute best way!  I love it when couples make their day unique and modern.

Daryl and Charlie, thank you so much for choosing me to be a part of your day!  It was truly a pleasure and an honor!  Thank you for suffering through the heat and for also being so sweet to me and my clutziness!
