The only thing more epic than a bride is a bride in Yosemite National Park. Andie was the perfect model for these Yosemite Bridal Portraits. She was perfect for a few reasons. Number one she was sweet and funny and great to work with. Number two she is stunningly beautiful and number three she is so talented and created the most beautiful hair for all our models at this shoot.
I can’t decide which dress she wore from Olivia Bowen was my favorite. I loved the boho vibe of the first one. When we were in the woods I kept telling her she looked like Arwen, the elf from LOTR (nerd alert!). It felt and looked like a dream! The second dress picked up the light in the most magical way. I can’t explain it and I’ve never really seen a dress react to light that way. Most of these shots weren’t even at golden hour bust somehow it looked like it was. However, that was mostly my experience in California. I TOTALLY get why they call it the “Golden State”.
