If two people had the worst wedding luck it would be Jason & Lydia. HOWEVER, if I could pick the couple with the biggest hearts and coolest style it would also be Jason & Lydia. A global pandemic, international travel restrictions, a tropical storm, down trees, and power outages was not enough to keep these two from getting married! It didn’t even stop them from having a beautiful wedding!
I simply loved all the purple details that Lydia chose. She is so incredibly thoughtful and all the sentimental details honoring her family and heritage in New Zealand were perfect. I especially loved her “bouquet” that her mother (an incredibly talented floral designer) created an arrangement on her family Bible for Lydia to carry down the aisle. The arrangement had a flower from her mother’s wedding and a piece of clothing from her grandparents. Even the rings were carried in a Paua shell, a New Zealand treasure.
Did I mention Lydia and Jason were thoughtful, kind humans? I was BLOWN AWAY when they gifted me with some Mickey ears! I literally was brought to tears by their sweet hearts.
Lydia & Jason, thank you for choosing me to be a part of your wedding! It was an experience I will never forget and I will cherish my quarantine ears forever!! I look forward to seeing what the future holds for both of you! I’m only a phone call or Instagram DM away!!!
