A surprise proposal followed up with the cutest engagement party!  This was such a great day and this party was so amazing!  As Hayden’s dad said (about her mom) “Dabney loves making the ordinary, extraordinary.”  Literally, that could not be more true.  Every detail of this engagement party was just perfect.

As you can see, Dennis adores Hayden.  Every moment that I was able to capture the way he looks at her…and just how she lights up with him.  These two are truly the sweetest.

From the small details to the big, this party was all about them.  The laughter, joy and love that surrounded them was so sweet to witness.  There is something so beautiful and magical to be able to witness the happiness that surrounds a couple as they celebrate. To see the support and just the love…to know that same energy will surround them when they say “I do”…it truly is one of the best parts of what I do.  Not only do I get to feel and experience all of that, but I get to capture that love and we all know I am a sucker for love.

It is my hope and wish that the same love and joy that I captured at their engagement party will follow them through all of planning in the months to come.
